Refund policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration or ticket, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made 12 days or more before the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price.

• Cancellations made within 12 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

Please note:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@kinnernord.eu

• Processing fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

• Tickets are not transferable to another person without permission.
